“Shortly, I would rate Luigi 10 out of 5 if it was possible. Overall, he is surprisingly professional, helpful, and communicative. One must understand that buying a property in Italy as a foreigner is a challenging, lengthy, and bureaucratic process. This task could easily result in failure if you do not speak Italian. 80% of the agencies do not communicate with you if you are not Italian and not present at the agency. I attempted to email several agencies in Italian and tried to call them, mostly without success due to their lack of English proficiency.
